3-Piece floating nut plate assembly. It meets or exeeds push-out, torque-out
and tensile requirements of MIL-N-25027 specs. Only one hole is needed
in the base material into which the stainless steel sleeve is flared
for high-strength capitivation. The installation method offers several
advantages over conventional riveted nut plates. It provides localized
cold working of the hole surface when sleeve acts as a high-strength
grommet, reinforcing hole integrity.
