Bonding nutplates Eliminates two thirds of the holes in the structure and the attachment rivets normally required for nutplate installation and can be used in thinner structures than riveted nut plates allowing weight reduction. The disposable instalation fixture assures perfect allignment while controlling the adhesive bondline. It also protects the threads and keeps them free of paint. See diagrams below.

Studs, standoffs, and cable tie mounts come pre-assembled with a disposable external fixture or an integral intermal fixture. These fixtures utalize sturactural adhesives to achieve consistantly accurate positioning, even on vertical or inverted surfaces.
This is a critical factor maximizing performance as it eliminates trapped air, controls bondline thickness and maintains positive joint pressure as the structural adhesive cures. See diagrams below.

The recepticle has an integral fixture that holds it in place buring the bonding and eliminstes the need for specialized tooling during the assemble process. there is also an optional self piercing pilot for the receptacal to allow precise blanket hole location.
