The Atlas® product line includes two basic types of threaded rivet nut products. The Atlas SpinTite® product line includes a variety of inserts which satisfy most applications where strong one side thread installation is required. In addition, Atlas offers the MaxTite® brand of Rivet-Nut products which are generally thicker headed and heavier walled for the most demanding high performance applications. Of course if a standard product does not fit your need, please contact us so that we can make other recommendations. We also offer cost effective and easy to use Installation tooling for our complete line of fasteners. Please review our installation tooling videos.

Installation Steps

1. The fastener is threaded on to the mandrel of the installation tool.

2. The fastener is inserted into the hole in the installation plate.

3. The head of the fastener is held by the tool anvil and the mandrel of the tool drives into the fastener threads, shortening the fastener to crimp it securely in place.

HALF-HEX SHANK
LOW-PROFILE HEAD

Type AEHS SpinTite® inserts with a hex body design for high torque-out resistance. Available with open or closed end.

HEAVY DUTY THREADED INSERTS

Type AE MaxTite® threaded inserts are designed for high-load applications. Available with countersunk feature for flush installations, rib or key features for high-torque applications, and full hex body.

Type AELS SpinTite® inserts with a large diameter, lowprofile head and knurled shank. Offers highest all around strength. Available with open or closed end.

PRE-BULBED AND STRAIGHT SHANK BLIND INSERTS

Plus+Tite® inserts have superior pullout resistance in plastics and thin sheet metal. Pre-bulbed design requires less installation force. Straight shank design uses smaller mounting hole. They install into variable thickness materials.

Type AEKS SpinTite® inserts with a minimized-profile head design allows for near-flush installations with no need for countersink drilling or dimpling of the parent material. Available with open or closed end.

ELASTITE™ NUT WITH WASHER

Type AEENW ELASTITE™ nuts consist of a threaded metal insert and washer encased in a synthetic rubber bushing. When fastened, it can provide a vibration dampening attachment point in a variety of applications.

Type AETS SpinTite® inserts that work in any thickness over
.029”/0.76mm including blind holes. They provide high
